Krinvi Technologies Private Limited provides a next-generation fintech platform for mobile recharges, utility bill payments, travel bookings, and payout solutions. We act as an intermediary technology provider linking users with financial service networks. All transactions are subject to confirmation, network availability, and applicable service fees.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Fraudulent activities, unauthorized data scraping, or identity misrepresentation will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krinvi Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our platform, delayed transactions due to third-party banking failures, or telecommunication outages.
